We know this is a very important issue to our customers and we will make every effort to assure your purchase is shipped to you in a timely manner. All packages will be shipped either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class (Shipping method depends on the size, weight, and location of the order). General Information about our shipping procedures:
- We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- All orders $50.00 and over include FREE shipping within the continental USA only. Under $50, the shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 in the continental USA.
- Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your package. However, orders often go out the same day or next day depending on time placed.
- As long as you do not have spam blockers activated, you will receive an email from the UPS Auto Notify system or Stamps.com with the tracking information.
We stock all items listed in our Catalog and do not use drop ship from other vendors to fulfill orders. On occasion, an item will run out of stock prior to the webmaster updating the website with a note mentioning the item is out of stock. Should this situation arise on an order, we will notify you of the approximate date we expect the part to be back in stock and you will have the option to go ahead with the order or cancel it for a full refund.
Sorry, but we do not ship internationally as we have numerous dealers overseas. If you are not in the US, please email us for the closest dealer to you.
Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction with your purchases and returns. If a fulfillment mistake is made on our part, we will correct the error by covering any return shipping costs including shipping the correct part or providing a refund for the part in question.
All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. We list the model for each part we sell. If your model is not listed for a particular part, please don’t assume it will work as it most likely wont. If you have any questions regarding a part and/or application, please email your inquiries prior to ordering.
The following guidelines are required for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- All returns must have original manufacturer information (if applicable).
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items must not be scratched, scarred or have been installed.
- Kits must not have any missing parts.
Refunds will be provided by paypal or company check within 2 weeks of return.
All returns must be accompanied by a (RGA), Return Goods Authorization number. You can request an RGA number by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

No warranty is provided or implied by Trail Bikes LLC for any such use of products or damage caused by their use or abuse. All products sold by Trail Bikes are intended for off road use only. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Trail Bikes LLC. Dealers have been known to void warranties due to installation of performance parts. Trail Bikes LLC assumes no responsibility, and therefore, all parts are to be installed at the purchaser’s own risk.
Purchaser understands and recognizes that parts sold by Trail Bikes are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and/or used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Trail Bikes for a particular application is solely the purchaser’s decision. Trail Bikes LLC makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, there is no Warranty Of Merchantability.
This website could contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. Trail Bikes LLC may make improvements and/or changes in the technical specifications, products and promotions of said products described in this website at any time without prior notice.
In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties that cause problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, Trail Bikes LLC will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. Trail Bikes LLC will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to server errors.
